A: Yes, we ship globally from Turkey with DHL Express. Every order is securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Please note: all items are handmade to order. Production time is 5–7 business days, after which your order is shipped with DHL Express.
Middle East & Europe: 1–3 business days
USA & Canada: 3–5 business days
Rest of the World: 4–7 business days

Q: Are shipping fees included in the product price?
A: Yes. All DHL Express shipping fees are included in our product prices. What you see at checkout is the final price.

Q: Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
A: No. All customs duties and import taxes are covered by us. There are no hidden fees — your order arrives without extra costs.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a DHL Express tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.

 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return my order?

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees included in the original purchase are non-refundable.

A: Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Since our crochet pieces are handmade, slight variations may occur, making every piece unique.

Care Instructions 
Q: How do I care for my crochet piece?
A: We recommend gentle hand wash with cold water and laying flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.
